  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload images that contain illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service at a rate that unreasonably burdens our infrastructure.
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our express written consent.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

5. Credits and Billing

Certain AI tools require “credits” that are purchased via our payment processor (Stripe). Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Credits do not expire while your account remains active.

All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect credits already purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights in images you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering the requested Service features.

Our Content: The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by [Company Name] and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Output Images: Processed output images generated from your User Content belong to you, subject to these Terms and any third-party model licenses.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and any unused credits are forfeited (unless applicable law requires otherwise). Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

AI-generated outputs may not be accurate or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

9. Limitation of Liability
